Human Resources Manager
Wausau Tile, a well-established manufacturing company in Central Wisconsin has an opening for a Human Resources Manager (HR). This newly created position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the HR Function. Working in partnership with management will create and implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, onboarding, payroll, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, employee relations and retention, and EEO compliance. This position originates and leads the Human Resources practices and objectives that will ensure a high performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity, goal attainment, and the ongoing development of a superior and highly-engaged workforce and is a key contributor to the Management team.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or other related discipline. SPHR or SHRM-SCP desirable. 5 or more years of HR experience, including experience at the manager level with manufacturing experience.
